Select the model you want to buy, the size and the finish in the case of bags. Click on “add to cart” to start the purchase process. You can increase the number of products of the same item (for example, if you want 2, 3 or more pairs of the same model and size) and update the cart so that the changes are reflected in the invoice. Once the selection of products in the cart is finished, go to “finalize purchase” to see the billing, shipping and payment details. When filling in the shipping address, the shipping costs will be updated and, after covering the payment option, it is necessary to activate the final confirmation button to conclude the purchase.
Browsing, viewing the products, adding them to the wish list or cart does not require prior registration, but it does at the time of requesting a shipment. A user will be generated so that the client can know at all times the status of his order. In the purchase process, the necessary information for home delivery will be requested.
Payment is secure and is made by debit/credit card, Paypal and Klarna.
Shipping & Returns
We make national shipments (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) and international.
- Enter the Changes and Returns section of our website and enter the order number and the email from which the purchase was made.
- Follow the steps indicating the item you want to change or return, as well as the reason for creating the request in our system. An email will then be sent with the steps to follow and the different options for returning the product.
- We will respond to you within 24 to 72 hours with the instructions that must be followed so that the exchange/return is completed correctly. It is important that the package is well wrapped so that it reaches our warehouse in perfect condition, in its original box. Remember that the box is part of your order and must arrive at our warehouse in the same condition in which it was sent.
- Once the product arrives at our warehouses, we will make the change or refund the price (shipping costs not included) as soon as possible, within a legal maximum of 15 days. With the notification of the refund, it may take a few days for the deposit to be reflected in the client’s account.
The first shipment for orders placed in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands is free.
- SPAIN: CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA
Shipping costs of €16.95 per box, supplement of €5 per box for orders of several items. The customs expenses and taxes generated by the order (€6) will be paid to the carrier upon delivery in cash, no change available. The first size change for orders placed in the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands is free. If the first change has already been made at no cost, a new one can be made as long as the corresponding shipping costs and the difference in product price, if any, are paid.

The expenses for returning the model always have a cost.
The period to request a change should not exceed 15 days from the receipt of the order.
After receiving the product and checking its correct condition, we will send the new size or model as soon as possible. The delivery time in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands is 48 hours.
If, exceptionally, the product has turned out to be defective, we will take care of reviewing its status and once the problem is confirmed, we will send it to the factory to repair it, we will give a new one free of charge to the customer or, if we cannot get the product, we will refund the amount of your purchase. The client must contact us at info@nathandmade.com to inform us of the problem, including the order number.
