Policy
Items purchased on the nathandmade website can be exchanged or returned if they have not been used, are in perfect condition and keep their original box, properly packed and protected. The box is part of the order and must arrive at our warehouse in the same state in which it was sent (do not add any transport sticker or seal on the box, as it may alter its original state and could affect your refund).
The reimbursement of the articles will be made in the same form of payment that was paid.
Return process

Enter the RETURNS form on the website and enter the order number and the e-mail from which the purchase was made.

When you complete this step, you will receive your return request by e-mail as an attached file. You must print it, fill it out in its entirety and include it in the order you wish to return.

Pack the item to be returned together with the original box and the return request duly covered. It is important to include this proof, otherwise we will be unable to successfully identify the request and complete the refund.
Return shipping costs will always be borne by the customer. The customer must send the package to our logistics center in order to process the return. Address:

Once the product arrives at our warehouses, we will refund the price of the product (shipping costs not included), as soon as possible, having a legal maximum of 15 days to make the entry. Once the refund notification is received, it may take a few days for the deposit to be reflected in the account.
We have up to 15 days to process the return from the receipt of the order in our logistics center. As soon as we process the return, we will inform the customer. We will do our best to make it happen as soon as possible.
size change

Enter the SIZE CHANGE form on the website and complete all the fields. Enter the email you used to place the order, the order number and the new size you need.

After completing the form, you will receive an e-mail with the confirmation of the size change request.

The transport company will contact you to deliver the new size at your home and pick up the one you want to return.

You must pack the item you wish to exchange together with its original box. This operation will have no cost if it is the first size change for orders made from the Mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands.
Defective products
If, exceptionally, the product has turned out to be defective, we will take care of reviewing its status and once the problem is confirmed, we will send it to the factory to repair it, we will give a new one at no charge to the customer or, if we cannot get the product, we will make the return of the amount. The customer must provide the order number with which they made the purchase in order to correctly credit the purchase.
Cancellations
The website reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of computer errors that may flagrantly modify the price of a product.

Shipping costs of €52.99 for orders of 2 items. Shipping costs of €76.34 for orders of 3 items. Shipping costs of €95.58 for orders of 4 items.
